I hereby grant Qatar Music Academy full use of all photographic and video material.
I understand that these materials may be used for promotional campaigns, newsletters and social media posts.
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I inform the Marketing & Public Relations staff on the day of the event if I do not wish to appear in photographs/videos.
Please note this can only relate to individual photos and not if the child is the member of school ensembles.
I understand that appearing in photographs and/or videos while performing in groups in unpreventable.

All images will be stored in a secure location and only authorized staff will be able to access them.
